Not advisable for large groups. My son had 25 guests in November 2015 and the host was unable to cope and took no note of the parents wishes. For example when my son and guests were called to the stage for the singing of happy birthday and blowing out of candles, despite only 5 children accompanying my son on the stage, and our request to postpone this event until all the kids were all together for their food later on, we were told by the host this was not possible as they had to keep to a tight schedule. Following a complaint days after the event, the manager was more defensive than anything but promised to send complimentary tickets but never did. Would not recommend this place

An okay place for kids- PROS Value for money Good deals Fun play structure Lovely outdoors when it is open Free parking CONS Food menu can really be improved to more fresh and healthy items (really disappointed with the £5 play and eat deals for children and I would also order more for myself if the menu included better items - although they apparently updated it a few months ago it still seems the same to me!) The place needs to have a thorough clean Outdoors could be opened a bit more Service when ordering can be better
