I paid for a more spacious room, and received a small room. There were no towels for the third person, although I pointed out and paid for the three. But in general, the room, building and view are good. I lived on the 23rd floor.

We have lived at Marbella for a couple of months and the staff is very efficient and nice. The pool and lounge area are consistently clean. The mandatory internet and television service is poor and could use a major upgrade. Generally speaking a pleasant experience with fantastic views of the city.

I don't know the m1. I have to say the best apartment I've ever had. I live in m2 and it is a new apartment. So everything is clean and new. No bug and roach. Nice view and location. I highly recommend here.

The leasing office is the worst I have ever seen. I got my deposit check after I moved out from the apartment. The check got all my roommates' names on it which made it really hard to cash out. It expired six months later and I asked for a new one. The process took forever and I still haven't got the new check. It has been almost a YEAR. I have at least called them 20 times. Every time I had to explain what my situation was. And the guy/lady told me something like "the manager is not here at the moment and I will give you a callback once I got the information" and then I was not called.

They have an excellent staff at M1... I can't accurately speak for M2. Each person that works at the front desk remembers your face and will always acknowledge you as you arrive or leave.
