Like a lot of dealerships they are very interested in getting your cash. When I collected the car it had mark’s that in MY opinion where made by the “trade plates” they used for the test drive, I made them aware of this and never received a reply. After 1,400 miles I got a puncture (yes I know we all get these) they had the car for 26 hours before is was ready for collection. The puncture was near ‘on the bend’ thus making it unusable, which I accept but 26 hours was a tad to long in my opinion.

Poor customer care today at Nissan Wirral, went in yesterday to look for a Nissan Juke and was asked by the salesman to return today to test drive as he would have to move the car out. Arrived today at 12 as arranged to be told by the salesman that he had taken somebody else out for a test drive in it this morning and had sold it to them. We had no phone call to let us know of this and no apology for our wasted journey. We will be taking our custom elsewhere!
