They did xrays that my insurance did not cover for basic cleaning. I booked an appointment for basic cleaning and again they did xrays that were not covered. Then after the procedure they forcefully billed me $372 and thats when my insurance company blu cross told me certain xrays were not covered. The dentist receptionist told me she does what denist wants and took copy of my debit card and made me sign paper agree to pay $372 after the cleaning. This place is fraud. Bunch of crooks trying to make Money underhanded. My family never recommed them. I asked if they can bill Me and she refused and forcefully took copy of my debit card and embarass me in front of people Waiting. Never acceptable. I Am a law enforcement officer and for them to do this forcefully was wrong.

these guys diagnose based on the profit of the process, needed a root canal and they said we will do a crown to protect the tooth, so w/o cleaning the nerve he would do me a crown how nice of them hey, where these people buy their DDS licenses I wonder. Why that kind of things happen in the greatest nation on earth? This is not acceptable. The guy gave me a feeling that he needs to pay of his mortgage fast not to mention that he has 30 years to go.
