Staying here 2 days, I found my experience quite pleasant. Staff as with any hotel were happy to help and always ready to talk to you. There was a mix up with the payment with our room that was quickly sorted all be it frustrating. The gym and pool were nice, I personally didn't like the pool as it was slightly too cloudy to do lengths but the sauna and steam rooms were great. The function room was always busy and made for great people watching. Breakfast was great and made for a substantial start to a morning.

Really nice hotel. The receptionist gives you a chocolate cookie (warm and awesome) during the check in. They treated my baby very well, giving her stickers and free drinks. We had the family room and it was reasonable clean. The breakfast was good, with everything I could expect. They even cooked for us a special request (baby things). The gym installation were great. It also has swimming pool but we didn't try. The WiFi is free, even though they have a Premium one, the free one was reasonably good. I would repeat. Side note: Be aware if you are driving that the Dartford Bridge has tolls and you have to pay it online.

Check in was painless, the reception area is spacious and well decorated. The room was big and air-conditioned. Had the chance to use the gym. The breakfast was perfect.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Room a decent size but no a/con or fridge. Shower temperature varied every 5 seconds so really annoying. No cot despite being requested. Swimming pool was nice, clean and not too busy. Breakfast excellent. Decent stay but expected better from Hilton

Lovely place, the rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is quite good and the bar service, even if a little espensive, is good. Side note internet is not free and really expensive.
