Shambles. Having confirmed an order for a new vehicle I was then told they had quoted the price incorrectly and the manufacturer declined the order. This is after sending bank statements, proof of address, credit checks etc. How did it get to this stage without being picked up on? Furthermore to this, I left a review on Trustpilot regarding my experience and this is what happened: "Leasing Options Ltd reported this review 3 hours ago for the following reason(s): The company has no record of this reviewer Learn more about our reporting processes." This is AFTER acknowledging my complaint on Facebook and via email. A very, very unpleasant experience and would discourage anyone from doing business with them.
