Horrible experience trying to get a prescription filled at last moment. Extremely stressful. Can never get a person on the phone. Constantly leaving messages. My messages are very explicit yet they don't se to be listening to it or comprehending. Then they have two files on me and are telling me I need to come in to the office again to get a refill. Refuse to listen to me that I was in there. The whole process in dealing with the nurse is ridiculous. It was a small thing I needed yet it's turned into a two day ordeal of phone tag where my prescription still isn't filled.
